  1、材料:蛋撻皮(9個)、低筋面粉6g、淡奶油85g、牛奶70g、蛋黃2個、糖25g。

  2、将淡奶油、牛奶、糖攪拌均勻,加熱至糖完全融化,放涼後加入蛋黃;

  3、加入低筋粉,攪拌均勻(蛋撻水完成);

  4、把弄好的蛋撻水倒入蛋撻皮内至七分滿;

  5、裝入烤盤,放入約熱好的烤箱中。烤箱210℃,烤25分鐘。
