  1、用料:青蝦400克、紅燒汁适量、蔥适量、幹辣椒一小把、食用油适量、姜一小塊、蒜3塊。

  2、做法:蝦洗淨挑出蝦線,蔥姜蒜切好。小碗中調入所有調味料和清水攪拌均勻。鍋裡倒油燒熱,煸香蔥姜蒜。

  3、倒入蝦,翻炒至蝦體開始變紅,倒調好的汁拌勻焖5分鐘。大火翻炒收汁,放鹽、蒜瓣、辣椒油翻炒均勻即可。
