  1、準備材料:低筋面粉80g、可可粉6g、細砂糖15g、雞蛋1個、黃油30g、牛奶230g、淡奶油200g、細砂糖20g;

  2、所有粉類過篩,混合在一起,加入牛奶拌勻後再過一次篩,餅皮細膩;

  3、平底鍋或電餅铛預熱,鍋底抹油,倒入混合液體,冒泡即可揭起;

  4、150g奶油加糖粉打發7分,70g熱奶油巧克力一比一化開,一起擠到班戟皮上;

  5、四面折疊包起,上面撒點可可粉,巧克力班戟完成。
