  1、準備臘闆鴨500g,料酒10ml、白蘿蔔500g、料酒10ml、姜四片、蔥一根、蒜一頭。

  2、闆鴨去掉鴨屁股後切成中、大塊,在冷水中侵泡12小時。将白蘿蔔去皮後切除根部,将其餘部分切成滾刀塊備用,将蔥切段。

  3、鍋内燒熱水,加入瀝幹的泡發臘闆鴨塊,加入蔥姜蒜和料酒,焖煮5分鐘,再加入白蘿蔔塊和适量調料,焖煮15分鐘後即可出鍋食用。
