  1、主料:鴨2000克,人參100克。

  2、輔料:龍骨250克。

  3、調料:花雕酒5克,鹽3克,味精1克。

  4、做法:水鴨洗淨,剁成四件,龍骨剁大塊,洗淨,分别焯水,沖涼待用。将水鴨、龍骨、鮮人參放入炖鍋内,加花雕酒、鮮湯文火炖2小時,加精鹽、味精調味即可。
