  1、将酵母入面粉中,入水和成面團,醒二十分鐘。

  2、将面團抹油揉至柔軟滑潤的狀态。

  3、将揉好的面團放到溫暖處發酵至兩倍大後,将鹽,食用堿,明礬用一調羹水調勻,翹入面團(需用少許手粉)後醒發至兩倍大。

  4、将面團擀成0.5厘米厚,寬10CM當的長方形。

  5、切成2指寬的條,兩條重疊,中間用筷子壓到一起,捏住兩端拉長。

  6、油鍋加至九成熱,放入油鍋中迅速撥動,炸至金黃即可。
