  1、用料:幹鱿魚8片、醬油15ml、芥末2.5g。

  2、用清水輕輕洗一下幹鱿魚,用廚房紙巾吸幹水分,放在鋪有矽油紙的烤盤上。

  3、烤爐設置上下管,溫度180°C,按開始鍵自動預熱。

  4、預熱2分鐘後,把烤盤送入烤爐,烤制5分鐘,鱿魚卷起、漲起氣泡即可。

  5、待稍涼後,用手把幹鱿魚撕成鱿魚絲即成。
