  1、主料:鲑魚50克,白蘿蔔10克。調料:醬油2克,白砂糖3克。

  2、先将鲑魚(三文魚)用糖鹽腌漬,再将将糖鹽腌漬鲑魚用熱水燙過,切成4片。

  3、鍋内放入湯汁的材料,煮至沸騰後,放入糖鹽腌漬鲑魚,再以弱中火來煮。

  4、沸騰後,加入2大匙白蘿蔔泥,稍煮片刻之後熄火,連煮汁一起盛盤。
