  1、原料:鹹鲅魚一條;配料:青豆适量、蔥、姜;調料:料酒、生抽。

  2、把鹹魚剁成塊,放入清水浸泡2小時以上。

  3、把蔥姜切碎備用,将泡好的魚塊洗淨,加料酒、生抽、蔥、姜。

  4、将其拌勻,撒入青豆,放入蒸鍋中,蒸20分鐘。

  5、取出後,裝盤即可食用。
