黑木耳炒蛋做法竅門

  1、主料:雞蛋200克,木耳(水發)250克,大蔥10克,香菜12克,鹽5克,味精2克,香油2克。

  2、将水發木耳洗淨,瀝水,備用;木耳水發技巧:用淘米水泡發木耳,又厚又大,又柔軟;再在燒開的水裡面焯一下,殺菌消毒;

  3、将雞蛋磕入碗内,攪勻,待用;

  4、炒鍋燒熱,加油适量,稍燒熱,即将雞蛋倒入,攤熟,出鍋備用;

  5、鍋内再加油适量,倒入蔥花爆香,将瀝幹水的木耳放入,煸炒幾下,再放入雞蛋,加入鹽等調味料,淋幾滴香油即可出鍋。
