  1、食材:鵝肉,食鹽,八角,桂皮,姜,花椒。

  2、鵝肉切塊用水專浸泡出血水,如果血水還有,可以放鍋裡焯一下水。

  3、高壓鍋提前燒水。焯好鵝肉後,把肉直接放入溫水中,放姜片。

  4、放入洗好的花椒、八角、桂皮。開鍋轉小火40分鐘。

  5、味道鮮美的鵝肉就出鍋了。吃的時候再放鹽即可,鵝湯也要喝,養生止咳。
