  1、買回新鮮鲫魚一條,宰後洗淨并擦幹水,魚身内外抹上鹽;

  2、用平底鍋慢火把魚兩面煎熟;

  3、把煎好的魚放在荷葉上,用牙簽将荷葉四周縫合;

  4、把荷葉包裹好的魚放進幹鍋,用蒸架托起,不放水,蓋上鍋蓋,打開小火慢熏;

  5、當鍋蓋開始冒出白煙,鍋底發出輕微的“滋滋”聲,即收火,繼續蓋着蓋子,待煙盡散去,揭蓋取出,荷香已被熏進魚身内。
