  1、材料:明蝦2斤,鹽8克,水800ML,蔥幾根,姜幾片,料酒10ML。

  2、用剪刀将蝦頭剪,将蝦背剪開。

  3、将蝦線挑細幹淨;将蝦反複清洗3次。

  4、鍋中加水,料酒,鹽,蔥和姜,燒開後倒入明蝦。

  5、煮5分鐘後将蝦撈出,控幹水分。

  6、準備一個可以曬的匾,将蝦平鋪在上面,放置太陽底下直曬1整天就可以吃了。
