  1、材料:山藥1根、螃蟹泥半瓶、料酒适量、鹽适量、味精适量;

  2、做法:山藥洗淨,去皮再洗淨,切厚片,擺入盤中。

  3、螃蟹泥加料酒、少許鹽、味精、蒸魚豉油調味澆于山藥上。

  4、上鍋蒸20分鐘左右即可。
