  食材用料:白蘿蔔、胡蘿蔔、小米椒、仔姜、鹽、醋、糖。

  做法:

  1、紅白蘿蔔洗淨切條,生姜切片,辣椒切掉兩頭備用。

  2、蘿蔔條用鹽腌制半個小時。

  3、腌制出來的水分倒出,洗淨瀝幹水分。

  4、瀝幹水分的羅蔔條放入保鮮盒中,放入生姜片和辣椒。

  5、到入适量的醋,加入适量的糖。

  6、放入冰箱冷藏一天,開盒即食。
