  1、準備面皮200g,筍瓜菜200g,鹽5g,油10g,雞蛋一個,蝦皮30g。

  2、筍瓜菜洗淨切碎,雞蛋打散,煎成蛋皮切碎。

  3、碗中加筍瓜菜、碎蛋皮、蝦皮拌成餡,加鹽。

  4、面皮中先加餡,包成盒子,平底鍋放油加熱,放入筍瓜菜盒子煎制,雙面煎黃即可。
