  1、橙子皮橙皮味辛、苦,性溫;歸脾、胃、肺經;具有健脾和胃,行氣寬中,降逆化痰的功效;主治脾胃 氣滞,脘腹長滿,惡心嘔吐,食欲不振,咳嗽痰多,胸膈滿悶,梅核氣。

  2、橙子中含量豐富的維生素C,能增加機體抵抗力,增加毛細血管的彈性,降低血中膽固醇。高血脂症、高血壓、動脈硬化者常食橙子有益。橙子所含纖維素和果膠物質,可促進腸道蠕動,有利于清腸通便,排除體内有害物質。橙皮性味甘苦而溫,止咳化痰功效勝過陳皮,是治療感冒咳嗽、食欲不振、胸腹脹痛的良藥。
