  1、主料:貴妃蟹1.5kg。

  2、先将貴妃蟹洗淨,去除細毛内細沙粒。

  3、水沸後,上蒸屜,蓋蓋蒸制20分鐘。

  4、查看是否熟透,可以通過觀察蟹蓋,如果蟹體呈酒紅色,而且蟹蓋後部已開,證明已熟透。

  5、開蓋,用刀從頭部中間到尾部中間切開,貴妃蟹不易剁。

  6、最後清蒸貴妃蟹擺盤。
