  1、材料:蝦仁30g,奇異果30g,火龍果30g,黃蕃茄3個,紫色高麗菜20g,苜宿芽5g,美生菜20g,低脂優格1/4杯。

  2、蝦仁洗淨,挑去腸泥,以滾水氽燙至熟;奇異果洗淨、去皮,切作圓片;火龍果洗淨、去皮,切丁;黃蕃茄洗淨;紫色高麗菜洗淨瀝幹,切細絲;苜宿芽洗淨;美生菜剝片狀備用。

  3、将所有材料依序放入盤中,均勻淋上低脂優格即可。
