  1、調味料:酒1大匙、襲沙茶醬2大匙、烤肉醬油3大匙、糖1大匙、辣油1茶匙。

  2、【作法】将鱿魚剝淨薄膜,摘掉須足,對切兩半,再劃交叉直刀後,每條分兩等份,放在烤架上。将調味料調勻,用刷子刷在鱿魚上,以中火烤15分鐘,待調味料已附着入味,并略呈卷曲狀,即可取下食用。

  3、【重點提示】水發鱿魚不要買發得太透的,這樣烤好比較有咬勁,比較香。鱿魚體積不要太大,以免質地太硬,去掉的須足亦可烘烤食用,隻是外觀不整齊而已,或留作另外炒食。
