  1、蔥、姜、辣椒洗淨切好,綠豆芽沖洗幹淨。

  2、芹菜去根去葉洗淨,切成5厘米長的段。

  3、鍋中倒入油燒熱後放入花椒爆香。

  4、加入蔥、姜、辣椒爆香。

  5、加入芹菜翻炒幾下後倒入綠豆芽。

  6、翻炒均勻至豆芽稍變軟,加入醋和食鹽拌勻即可出鍋。

  7、美味的清炒綠豆芽就做好了。
