  1、準備材料:面粉300g、牛肉250g、芝麻油、食鹽、料酒、胡椒粉、面醬、醬油、蔥、姜适量、酵母(幹)3g;

  2、牛肉洗淨切塊剁碎,姜、蔥切碎;

  3、牛肉餡中放入适量水,順着一個方向攪打上勁,放入姜、料酒、胡椒粉、面醬、醬油、鹽繼續攪打,最後放入蔥、香油攪拌均勻備用;

  4、用溫水将酵母溶解開,放入面粉和成面團,醒發40分鐘,搓揉排氣後将面團搓成長條;

  5、揪成小劑子,将小劑子搓圓,壓扁擀成中間厚,四周薄的圓片,放入牛肉餡捏成包子;

  6、放入蒸屜醒10-20分鐘,涼水下鍋,蒸20分鐘即可。
