  1、海馬20克(約5錢),瘦肉200克(約5兩),蜜棗2粒,陳皮1片;先把海馬斬碎;煮滾适量開水後,放入所有材料,再滾後慢火煲約2小時。

  2、幹海馬不用處理,直接加骨頭(冬天用老母雞)、淮山、茨實、蓮子、太子參、記得要加麥冬,這樣才能補而不燥,海馬不用放多,一對就夠了,最好是一公一母的。
