  1、所需食材:尖辣椒100公斤,25度鹽水100公斤。

  2、制作方法:選用個大整齊,辣味足,色綠肉厚的尖辣椒。将尖辣椒洗淨,用拍子(木闆上釘上釘子)紮眼後入缸。浸泡于鹽水中,每天倒兩次缸,15天後即為成品。
