  1、香蔥芋艿材料:芋頭、食鹽、小蔥、水、白糖、油。

  2、将芋頭連皮洗淨,鍋中加水,煮開後轉小火煮15分鐘;

  3、将煮好的芋頭放入冷水中冷卻,把皮剝除後切成大塊,香蔥切末備用;

  4、炒鍋燒熱,放入植物油,下蔥白爆香;

  5、放入芋頭翻炒,加入水、鹽、糖燒開,加蓋,用小火焖煮6分鐘;

  6、待湯汁略呈糊狀,把蔥綠的部分撒入,翻炒兩下即可。
