  快速化開奶酪的方法:

  微波爐法:先把奶酪用微波爐高火加熱1分鐘左右。這樣時候奶酪已經是成糊了,然後就要快速拿湯匙舀起來,澆到想要放置的位置上。隔水煮法:可以在鍋裡隔水煮,一邊煮一邊用打蛋器打發,注意水溫不能太高,保持60攝氏度為佳。奶酪熔化如果特别厲害的話,可放入冰箱冷凍2到5分鐘,凍成想要的軟化狀就可以了。
