  1、三黃雞300g,油15ml,蔥姜各10g,鼓油雞汁20g,水100ml。

  2、蔥切段,姜切片,三黃雞洗淨,将雞肉放到鍋中,加水燒開去除血水。

  3、鍋中加15ml油,油熱後加蔥姜各10g爆香,加入20g鼓油雞汁,大火煮開,将雞放入鍋中,給雞翻幾下面,使全身都粘上湯汁,加水100ml,蓋上蓋子,小火炖30分鐘即可。
