  1、幹蕨菜泡一天,充分泡開後放熱水中煮15分鐘,涼水中冷卻,洗淨後清水中泡一天。

  2、蕨菜切寸斷。切好蔥姜,備用。肉絲切好。鍋裡熱油,放入肉絲,蔥姜。

  3、加醬油适量。加料酒适量。加入蕨菜翻炒。

  4、一定要焯好肉絲。然後放入蕨菜。因為蕨菜很鹹,所以,不要加鹽。
