  1、原料:梅幹菜300克,竹筍300克,素高湯3杯,糖1茶匙。

  2、做法:

  (1)梅幹菜洗淨,切小段;竹筍去殼,剖開,先用水煮熟,再取出切絲。

  (2)用5大匙油先炒梅幹菜,再放入筍絲同炒,加入調味料,小火燒20分鐘。湯汁微幹即可盛出。
