  1、用小鍋燒開半鍋水,水開後煮面,湯一開就加一小碗冷水,重複三次,面條就煮好了;

  2、在煮面的同時,就将炒鍋裡加一點色拉油,把雞蛋攪碎,用中火煎到兩面微黃,盛出來待用;

  3、利用這個炒鍋放入去皮的西紅柿,加上一點鹽、番茄醬炒香就好;

  4、裝面條的碗裡放入一些面湯,再放點鹽和雞精,把面條盛到碗裡,倒入炒好的西紅柿,上面擺上煎好的雞蛋,這樣一碗香噴噴的煎蛋面就做好了,如果有香蔥,加點蔥花更香。
