  1、豬肉100克剁成肉餡,蔥姜10克洗淨切末,和肉餡一起加入鹽10克,辣椒10克拌勻,苔菜洗淨剁碎。

  2、攥一下水分肉餡一起拌勻,面粉加雞蛋和清水揉成面團,蓋上濕籠布醒10分鐘。

  3、再揉至三光,揉好的面下劑子擀成餃子皮,包成餃子,入鍋中煮熟即可。
