  1、主料:牛肉300克,莴筍100克。調料:芝麻粉、醬油、黃酒、白糖、鹽、麻油各适量。

  2、牛肉洗淨切成薄片;莴筍洗淨切塊,鋪在盤底。

  3、牛肉加入所備調料拌勻,平鋪在莴筍上。

  4、放入微波爐内加熱3~5分鐘即可食用。
