  1、買回來的豬蹄洗淨。

  2、在鍋裡加鹵料及清水燒開。将焯水後的豬蹄放入。

  3、鹵40分鐘左右,至豬皮鹵軟,筷子可以輕松插入即可。這會的鹵豬蹄就可以吃了,但是得忍住,因為烤一烤味道會更好!

  4、放進烤箱,180度,上下火,烤20分鐘。

  5、取出後,加孜然粉,辣椒粉,蔥花拌勻即可!
