  1、材料:蝦仁200克,腰果仁50克,油1000克(約耗100克),料酒25克,醋15克,鹽2克,味精7克,雞蛋30克,水澱粉25克,面适量,蔥花、蒜片各2克,香油10克,湯少許。

  2、蝦仁放碗裡,加雞蛋、澱粉、面,抓勻糊。

  3、鍋坐油先炸腰果,撈出,再放蝦仁劃開,停片刻倒出。原鍋放油、蔥、蒜、烹料酒,加醋、鹽、味精、湯、倒蝦仁、腰果、颠鍋,淋香油,出鍋即成。
