  1、豬肚子洗幹淨,一定要很幹淨,用一點小蘇打粉和面揉搓;

  2、然後用滾水焯一下,拿出來,再燒一鍋水放進去煮就行了,放幾個八角一些花椒;

  3、煮半個小時,用筷子輕輕一插就能插透就可以取出來了,切絲;

  4、炖湯的可以切好後再放裡繼續炖,用青蘿蔔,或者一些白果都行,筍也好吃;

  5、炒的就可以放冰箱裡,随吃随拿;

  6、豌豆先煮熟,鍋裡放些油,炸一下花椒紅辣椒,放入青椒翻炒片刻放些鹽炒勻,再放豬肚和豌豆炒炒,最後放一些胡椒粉,就好!
