1、留上方兩個紐扣，将衣服右側從上到下第四個眼扣在第三顆紐扣上，其餘的依次往下扣;
2、先按正常扣子的順序扣，扣到第四顆紐扣後，空掉兩個眼，然後将第七個眼扣在第二顆紐扣上;
3、衣服領口下的一個紐扣空着，從第二顆開始，每扣一顆之後再将下面的眼扣到上面的紐扣上。
