  1、煮香菇時不要煮太久,這樣營養會流失,一般5~10分鐘就可以了。

  2、煮之前要用點溫開水泡浸,浸透後再撈起榨幹水分,然後再用清水漂洗一次再榨幹水分,然後就可以煮了。浸泡和漂水作用是減少其灰澀味,以還以縮短煮熟的時間};一般落鍋煮開後,再煮5分鐘就可以了。
