  正宗糟魚的做法如下。

  1、生姜切末備用,糟魚從中間切開,魚背劃花刀,起鍋燒油,炸至兩面金黃撈出。

  2、鍋中留底油,放入姜末爆香,放入酒糟、料酒、糖、十三香、醬油,加水後放入炸好的糟魚。

  3、煮20分鐘後撈出裝盤即可。
