香菇炒肉怎麼炒

  1、主料:豬肉200克,香菇200克。

  2、調料:油75克,鹽3克,料酒10克,大蔥15克,澱粉(玉米)10克,姜8克,花椒少許,胡椒粉1克,雞粉3克,生粉8克,生抽少許。

  3、去掉鮮菇根部;

  4、香菇切條,肉切片,肉用鹽、料酒拌勻,漿上濕澱粉;

  5、花椒、雞粉、胡椒粉、生粉加生抽調汁備用;

  6、炒鍋燒熱注油,油熱後即下肉與蒜姜,邊下邊用勺推動;

  7、放入鮮菇,待散出味後加香菇炒幾下,再倒入對好的汁,待起泡時翻勻即成,出鍋前撒上蔥花。
