  做鹹筍幹的做法:

  1、隻需要把新鮮的竹筍去掉外殼,再用清水洗淨,在鍋中多放一些鹽,加入足量清水,把竹筍放到鍋中用鹽水煮制。

  2、開鍋以後再煮半小時左右,讓竹筍盡可能多的吸收鹽水,然後關火取出,放在陽光下曬制,曬幹以後就是鹹筍幹,正常情況下做好的鹹筍幹表面會有一層鹽粒存在。
