青椒炒雞蛋怎麼炒

  1、主料:雞蛋3枚、青椒100克、蔥白5克。

  2、輔料:精鹽5克、植物油50克。

  3、做法:

  (1)青椒切1cm見方的小塊,蔥白剖開切菱形塊;雞蛋打入碗中加入适量精鹽和一匙食用油攪拌均勻。

  (2)熱鍋冷油,放入蔥白、青椒,略為翻炒至青椒半熟,加适量精鹽翻炒均勻後起鍋備用。

  (3)熱鍋冷油,倒入蛋液後轉小火,炒至蛋液半凝固。

  (4)下青椒、蔥白,翻炒均勻後起鍋裝盤。
