  1、将薏米碾成細粉,酒曲遂成粗末,備用。

  2、将高粱米煮成稀粥狀,倒入幹淨的酒壇中,待冷卻後,再加入薏米粉,酒曲末,備用。

  3、将酒壇置于保溫處,14天後開封,視表面有泡狀,味香甜,藥酒即成,壓濾去槽,儲存于幹淨的容器中。

  4、功效:益氣健脾,利水除濕。适宜于脾胃氣虛,運化失常所緻的不思飲食,腸鳴腹瀉,四肢無力,周身困重,關節酸脹,下肢浮腫,小便短少等症調理。
