  1、食材:白蘿蔔300克,香菜15克,辣椒油30克,香油4克,醬油10克,醋20克,白糖15克,味精1克,姜10克,青蒜25克,精鹽少許。

  2、将蘿蔔洗淨,去皮,切成5厘米長、0.3厘米見方的絲,加入少許精鹽拌勻,腌5分鐘,擠幹水分;青蒜擇洗幹淨,切成3厘米長的粗絲;姜去皮洗淨,切成細絲;香菜洗淨,切段。

  3、将蘿蔔絲、姜絲、青蒜絲、香菜放入盆内,加入醬油、白糖、醋、味精、香油、辣椒油拌勻,盛入盤内即成。
