  1、材料:鴨、酸蘿蔔、酸姜、酸辣椒、辣椒、藤椒、豆瓣醬、油、小米辣、蒜、老姜、水澱粉。

  2、鴨肉切小塊過熱水抄幹淨備用,酸蘿蔔切圓厚塊,小蒜剝開即可。

  3、酸姜切絲,酸辣椒切末,辣椒和小米辣切圈兒,老姜切片。

  4、起油鍋,入老姜,藤椒,放入鴨肉煸炒一會兒,加入豆瓣醬,三酸炒香。

  5、轉移到煮鍋,加水漫過食材,大火燒開轉小火炖一小時。

  6、加蒜煮一會兒,再加二荊條和小米辣圈兒煮一兩分鐘,水澱粉勾芡起鍋即可。
