  1、純牛奶一瓶,低筋面粉15克,蛋黃3個,白糖60克,煉乳15克。

  2、首先把所有食材都準備好,食材稱好。

  3、雞蛋把蛋白分離,隻要蛋黃,用打蛋器把蛋黃攪拌均勻。

  4、将牛奶、低筋面粉、蛋黃、白糖、煉乳混合攪拌均勻後。

  5、攪拌均勻無顆粒後過篩,制作成蛋撻液。
