清蒸鳕魚怎麼做好吃

  1、鳕魚2塊、枸杞5粒、蔥1段、姜1片、料酒1勺、生抽4勺、白胡椒粉少許、雞油1勺。

  2、做法:鳕魚兩塊,用清水沖洗一下,控幹水分。少許料酒和白胡椒粉稍微腌制一下。蔥葉劃成細絲,用清水泡上,再泡幾粒枸杞。

  3、調味汁:小碗裡倒入4勺生抽。鍋子中加水燒開後,放入鳕魚塊,将蔥絲和姜絲放在表面,淋上調味汁。再挖一勺雞油,放在魚塊上。蓋上鍋蓋,大火蒸4—5分鐘,關火,不揭蓋,虛蒸2分鐘。
