1、準備好用料:雞腳5隻,花生一大把約60克,姜片,蔥段,棗8枚,山楂6片,鹽胡椒粉。

2、首先将雞腳去掉指甲剁成兩段,然後把雞爪焯水後清洗幹淨放入備有水的砂鍋中。

3、開鍋後去掉沫子放入蔥姜、洗好的花生、紅棗。

4、然後大火燒開小火轉小火煮1小時左右,煮到雞爪酥爛放入鹽和胡椒粉即可停火。
