  1、30g豬肉切片,100個黃瓜,100g胡蘿蔔切片,100個洋蔥切絲,100個幹松蘑泡發。

  2、将肉片加10ml料酒,50g蛋液,10g澱粉拌勻,腌制10分鐘。

  3、鍋中加油20ml燒熱,放入肉片滑炒至變白盛出,鍋中加油燒熱,放入洋蔥略炒,再加入胡蘿蔔略炒,加入松蘑翻炒片刻,然後加入肉片,再次翻勻後加入黃瓜片快速翻勻後加入5g鹽,10ml醬油,翻勻後出鍋即可。
