春筍怎麼做好吃不澀

  1、材料:竹筍,豬肉,澱粉,料酒,糖,生抽,老抽,蒜。

  2、竹筍切片,肉切片,肥肉另外放置待用,瘦肉用糖、鹽、油、老抽和澱粉腌制半個小時,蒜拍碎。

  3、鍋燒熱,不用放油,把竹筍放進鍋裡,加少許鹽,翻炒一分鐘。

  4、鍋裡放油,燒至4成熱,把腌制好的肉片放進去炒至肉色發白,盛到碗裡。

  5、把肥豬肉放進去炒至微微出油,放進蒜米爆香,把之前炒好的瘦肉和竹筍倒進鍋裡,加生抽炒勻即可。
