  1、将鴨子斬塊,姜切片,青紅椒切菱形片,把鴨塊和冷水放到鍋裡,水開後焯水用冷水沖洗。

  2、鍋裡燒熱油,爆香姜片,放入鴨塊炒至鴨皮金黃,加入醬油、老抽和冰糖将鴨塊炒至上色。

  3、加入啤酒炒勻轉中火,将鴨子焖至軟硬适中,接着放入青紅辣椒片和鹽調味即可。
